Head n Shoulder refresh or Aveeno Shine?

Hey....i just wanted to get ur thoughts on which shampoo is better, my hair once used to be prefect n good when I used head n shoulders refresh .... I blow dry my hair too....but a few months ago... I switched to aveeno shine and recently I realized that my hair is getting weak n thin...so should I continue on with head n shoulders or should I get a new shampoo
