on the game it says i must hav e friends and be creative... but i have 3/3 friends and my creativity bar is full but it still wont promote me????

I think of the deck and theme interesting. To special summon Blue-Eyes and defend life points. To use Blue-Eyes, I think you need to protect it better and by protect it better, I'd say use Counter Traps like 'Seven Tools of the Bandit', 'My Body as a Shield', 'Starlight Road', and etc. A very easy way to summon Blue-Eyes White Dragon would be to use 'Ancient Rules'.

hey i know alcohol causes muscle dpeletion but i made the idiotic mistake of binge drinking the night before i worked out and in my workout i went down around 10 lbs in my lifts now am i gonna have to lower my weights for next week or will my strength come back to me by next week? plz i dont want one night of drinking to kill my lifting regime ive been bustin my butt for so long
